PREAMBLE

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website http://www.pianoledshop.com. This website is owned and operated by Piano LED. By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and undertake to comply with them at all times. Piano LED operates an e-commerce business and offers an online product sales service as well as a distribution network through partner stores. These terms and conditions apply to both consumer and non-professional buyers (B2C) and distributor partners (B2B).

SUBJECT

These Terms and Conditions set forth the rights and obligations of the Seller (Piano LED) and the Buyer, whether a consumer or a distributor, in connection with the sale of Products through the Website or through partner resellers.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made by Piano LED on http://www.pianoledshop.com and, as well as to sales made through B2B distribution partnerships, particularly with piano stores located in Lille, Rouen, and Paris. No order will be processed until the Buyer has accepted these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any changes, the applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.

ARTICLE 1: PRODUCTS

The main product on the market is the Piano LED Plus 2026, an electronic system consisting of a control unit, an LED strip, and a mobile app. Customers can choose between a black LED strip or a transparent/white LED strip. The app includes a free version and offers an optional subscription providing access to an expanded music library and advanced features such as unlimited MIDI file import. Piano LED has an official partnership with SACEM for the legal use of music rights. We also offer bundles featuring Piano LED Plus on its own or in partnership with the Donner brand, allowing for the sale of a piano bundled with Piano LED Plus 2026. All descriptions, images, and information are provided with care but may vary slightly.

ARTICLE 2: PRICE

The price of the Piano LED Plus 2026 is €199, including tax. Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (including French VAT). For shipments outside the European Union, invoices are issued excluding taxes, and any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Prices are subject to change at any time, but products are billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed. For B2B transactions, specific pricing terms may be agreed upon directly between Piano LED and its distributors.

ARTICLE 3: ORDERS AND VALIDITY

Any order confirmed on the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The contract is formed when Piano LED receives the order confirmation electronically. For B2B distributors, the order is confirmed upon written confirmation and acceptance of the terms negotiated between the parties.

ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT

The accepted payment methods for individual customers are credit card and PayPal. By providing their payment information, the buyer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are made in euros, including tax, at the VAT rates in effect in France. For B2B distributors, payment terms may be adjusted and will be subject to a specific contractual agreement (cash payment, down payment, or agreed-upon payment terms).

ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY

The buyer agrees to provide a valid shipping address and a correct email address. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a stock shortage or force majeure (strike, flood, fire, etc.), Piano LED cannot be held responsible for any delay. In the event of order cancellation after payment, a refund equal to the amount paid will be issued. For B2B transactions, delivery terms (quantities, lead times, logistics) are determined on a case-by-case basis with the reseller.

ARTICLE 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All text, images, logos, and content on this site are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited. Thanks to our partnership with SACEM, the use of musical works in our app is covered by applicable laws.

ARTICLE 7: APP SUBSCRIPTIONS

The Piano LED app offers a free plan that includes royalty-free music and basic features. A paid subscription is available, providing access to an expanded library and unlimited MIDI file imports. This subscription is optional and can be canceled at any time within the app.

ARTICLE 8: LIABILITY

Our products comply with current French law. The photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not binding. Piano LED shall not be held liable in the event of misuse of the products, nor in the event of exceptional circumstances or force majeure that render the performance of the contract impossible.

ARTICLE 9: PERSONAL DATA

Piano LED is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the personal data it collects, which is used solely for order processing and communication with customers. In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the buyer has the right to access, correct, and delete their data by contacting us at support@pianoled.fr.

ARTICLE 10: GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are written in French and governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
