RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Piano LED is committed to providing you with high-quality products.
However, if you are not satisfied with the product you received, we will gladly exchange it.

Return Policy

You have 30 days (in France, Belgium, and Switzerland) from the date you receive your item to request a return.
You are responsible for shipping and return costs. 14 days in other countries.

To be accepted, the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any package returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Unidentified packages may be returned to the sender.

Procedure

To request a return, please contact us at support@pianoled.fr.
If your request is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to return your package.

Damaged products or order errors

We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will then assess the situation and provide you with an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

All returned items that are accepted will be exchanged immediately.
If you would like to receive a replacement item sooner, we recommend that you place a separate order directly once your return request has been approved.

Refunds

If a return is accepted within 30 days, a full refund will be issued. If there is a verified issue with the product you received, a replacement item will be sent to you immediately.
