Our History
Piano LED was born out of a simple belief:
Learning to play the piano should always be a pleasure.
The project was started by Anthony, a French engineer with a passion for the piano.
Like many others, he discovered just how frustrating learning can sometimes be, despite one’s desire and motivation.
A question then came to mind:
How can we make the piano more intuitive, more fun, and more accessible to everyone?
It was from this thought that the idea of illuminating the keyboard to guide playing was born.
And so began the Piano LED adventure.
In March 2021, the project became a reality with the launch of the startup.
The product quickly won over a community of beginner and passionate pianists, who were drawn to its innovative and supportive approach to music education.
But Piano LED is more than just a product.
It’s first and foremost a team.
Over the months, a diverse group of people has joined the team—
, designers, developers, creatives, and music and tech enthusiasts.
They all share the same goal: to design simple, elegant, and practical solutions that restore confidence and joy to pianists of all skill levels.
In March 2022, the project reached a new milestone by joining EuraTechnologies,
, Europe’s largest startup incubator.
This stimulating environment enables the team to accelerate the development of Piano LED, refine its vision, and shape its ambitions.
Today, Piano LED continues to grow,
driven by a close-knit, passionate team that is attentive to its community.
Every day, we work with the same energy and motivation: to make learning the piano more accessible, more intuitive, and above all, more enjoyable. And this is just the beginning.
