We make this site available, including all information, tools, and services, subject to your acceptance of these terms, policies, and notices. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Any new features or tools added to the current store are also subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or replace any part of these Terms by posting the changes on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

SECTION 1 – USE OF THE ONLINE STORE

By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age in your country of residence or have obtained the necessary authorization to allow a minor under your care to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal purpose or violate the laws of your jurisdiction. Any breach or violation may result in the immediate suspension of your access to the Service.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL OFFER

Our products are available online at www.pianoledshop.com and also through our B2B reseller partners, particularly at piano stores in Lille, Rouen, and Paris. The main product is the Piano LED Plus 2026, an electronic system consisting of a control unit, an LED strip, and a mobile app. Its retail price is €199 (including tax). Customers can choose between a black or white/transparent LED strip at the time of purchase. The app offers an optional subscription providing access to an expanded library and advanced features, with no requirement to use the base product. We have partnered with SACEM for the legal management of music rights. We also offer bundles featuring Piano LED Plus on its own or in combination with Donner brand pianos, thanks to a partnership that allows customers to purchase a Donner Piano + Piano LED Plus 2026 bundle.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND BILLING

Placing an order on the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any order or to limit quantities. The buyer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information to enable the processing of transactions. Orders are billed at the rate in effect at the time of confirmation.

SECTION 4 – DELIVERY

Products purchased online are delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and circumstances beyond our control. For B2B sales, specific delivery terms and conditions may be agreed upon directly with the reseller.

SECTION 5 – LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

We do not guarantee that use of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The products comply with current French law. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not binding. Piano LED shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse of the product or from events of force majeure.

SECTION 6 – PERSONAL DATA

The personal information collected is used to process orders and communicate with customers. In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data by contacting us at support@pianoled.fr.

SECTION 7 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
