Does Piano LED Plus come with a warranty?
▼Yes.
Piano LED Plus comes with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects or malfunctions not related to misuse.
The warranty includes: the electronic module, LED strips, cables, and accessories supplied.
In the event of a problem, our after-sales team will quickly propose a solution: replacement of the part, repair or exchange of the product, as appropriate.
What's the difference between transparent and black stripes?
▼– The BLACK LED strip has been specially designed for the Piano LED Plus learning function. Its LEDs are less diffuse and more concentrated on the keys. It is less bright than the WHITE strip.
– The WHITE LED strip is more focused on the aesthetics of the Piano LED Plus system. It is very popular with artists. Of course, both LED strips can also be used for learning songs.
My piano has fewer than 88 keys. Is Piano LED Plus still compatible?
▼Yes, that's not a problem. You can set the number of active LEDs on the LED strip directly from the app. What's more, the LED strip can be cut to fit the length of your keyboard.
Is Piano LED Plus compatible with acoustic pianos?
▼No, only with digital ones. Piano LED Plus needs to be connected to the piano to pick up the signal of the notes played.
My piano has only one MIDI IN/OUT port (2 round 5-pin connectors). Is Piano LED Plus compatible?
▼Yes, Piano LED Plus is compatible. However, we only provide the USB cable included in the box, which is suitable for most digital pianos.

What types of files can I import into the system?
▼In the application, you can import your own MIDI files to use with the LED strip. We also offer an online MIDI file library in this application, which is validated by our team and regularly updated.
