This website is operated by Piano LED. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Piano LED. We make this site, including all information, tools and services, available to you conditioned on your acceptance of these terms, conditions, policies and notices. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Any new features or tools added to the current store are also subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or replace any or all of the Terms by posting changes on this page. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this page. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc, which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

SECTION 1 - USE OF THE ONLINE STORE

By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age in your country of residence or have obtained the necessary authorization to allow a minor under your responsibility to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal purpose or in violation of the laws of your jurisdiction. Any infringement or violation may result in the immediate suspension of your access to the Service.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND SALES OFFER

Our products are available online at www.pianoledshop.com and also via our B2B reseller partners, including piano stores in Lille, Rouen and Paris. The main product is Piano LED Plus 2026, an electronic system comprising a case, LED strip and mobile application. Its retail price is €199 incl. VAT. The purchaser chooses a black or white/transparent LED strip at the time of purchase. The application offers an optional subscription giving access to an expanded library and advanced features, with no obligation to use the basic product. We are in partnership with SACEM for the legal management of musical rights. We also offer packages including Piano LED Plus on its own or in association with Donner brand pianos, thanks to a partnership that enables you to purchase a Piano Donner + Piano LED Plus 2026 bundle.

SECTION 3 - ORDERING AND BILLING

Orders placed on the site constitute acceptance of these Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any order or to limit quantities. The purchaser undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to enable transactions to be processed. Orders are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of validation.

SECTION 4 - DELIVERY

Products purchased online are delivered to the address indicated at the time of ordering. Delivery times may vary according to carriers and circumstances beyond our control. For B2B sales, specific delivery terms and conditions can be agreed directly with the reseller.

SECTION 5 - LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

We do not warrant that use of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Products comply with current French legislation. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. Piano LED cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from misuse of the product or from force majeure events.

SECTION 6 - PERSONAL DATA

The personal information collected is used to process orders and communicate with the customer. In accordance with the RGPD and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by contacting us at. support@pianoled.fr.

SECTION 7 - APPLICABLE LAW

The present Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
